Processing Time

Every KottomKa bag is handmade to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be made, inspected, and prepared for dispatch before it ships. During busy periods (holidays, promotions) processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know by email if that's the case for your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is free on every order — there is no shipping charge at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 14–21 days depending on your destination, so most orders arrive within 16–26 days of payment (2–5 days processing plus 14–21 days in transit). Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order ships, not the date it was placed.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

We ship internationally. Orders shipped outside Georgia may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by your country once the package arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order or your shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering if you are unsure.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our workshop, where available for your shipping method and destination.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at info@kottomka.com with your order number so we can look into it with the carrier and make it right.
